Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
This policy explains what Dasow Pro ("Dasow Pro", "we", "us") collects, why, how we protect it, and how you can get it deleted. Dasow Pro is operated by Dasow, based in California, USA. Contact us any time at [email protected].
The short version: we read data from the marketing accounts you connect so we can show you insights. Access is read-only, except for posts to your Google Business Profile and social accounts that you explicitly schedule or approve. We never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and delete it on request.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details: name, business name, email address, password hash.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a customer identifier, the card brand, last four digits and billing status — never your full card number.
- Content you create: post drafts, notes, and messages you send to the AI assistant.
- Support correspondence.
Information we collect automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, timestamps.
- Product usage events, used to operate, secure and improve the Service.
Information from accounts you connect
Only after you authorize a connection, and only for the specific properties, sites, locations or accounts you select. Depending on which integrations you enable, this may include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Wix, Facebook, Instagram, WordPress and RingCentral data (see sections 2 and 3).
2. Google user data
Dasow Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we access
- Basic profile (name, email address, profile picture) — to identify your account and show which Google identity is connected.
- Google Analytics (GA4) — read-only. Property and account lists, and aggregated reporting metrics and dimensions (sessions, users, traffic sources, conversions, landing pages, geography). Used to produce your traffic insights.
- Google Search Console — read-only. Verified site lists and Search Analytics data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, CTR, average position), plus indexing and coverage signals. Used to produce your organic-search insights.
- Google Business Profile — read and limited write. Locations, business information, insights (searches, views, calls, direction requests), reviews and Q&A. The only write we perform is publishing local posts and — where you enable it — review replies that you have explicitly created, scheduled or approved inside Dasow Pro. We never edit your business information, hours, categories or photos on our own initiative, and we never post without your approval.
- Google Ads — read-only. Accessible customer accounts, campaign, ad group, keyword and asset performance (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions). Used to produce your paid-media insights. Dasow Pro does not change budgets, bids, targeting or campaign status.
How we use it
Solely to provide the user-facing features you asked for: dashboards, AI-generated insights and recommendations, email digests, and the post scheduler. We request the narrowest scopes that make those features work, and you choose which properties are connected.
Limited Use commitments
- We do not sell Google user data, and we do not transfer it to data brokers, information resellers or advertising networks.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, or building advertising profiles.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except: (a) with your explicit consent for a specific purpose such as troubleshooting a support ticket you opened; (b) where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse; or (c) where required by law.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Where AI is used to generate your insights, the request is made under contractual terms that prohibit the provider from training its models on that content, and the output is returned only to your account.
- We transfer Google user data only as needed to provide or improve the Service, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition after notifying you and obtaining consent where required.
Revoking access
You can disconnect any Google integration inside Dasow Pro at any time, and you can revoke our access entirely at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation we stop syncing immediately and delete the stored OAuth tokens.
3. Other connected platforms
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Pages and connected Instagram professional accounts you select, page/post insights, and publishing of posts you approve.
- Wix and WordPress. Site metadata, page/content lists and site analytics for the sites you connect.
- RingCentral. Call metadata (numbers, direction, duration, timestamps) and, where you enable it, call recordings and transcripts used to identify which marketing sources produce real calls. Call recordings are sensitive; you are responsible for the notice and consent your jurisdiction requires before recording.
4. How we use information
- To provide, secure, and support the Service.
- To generate insights, recommendations, scheduled posts and email digests for you.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To detect abuse, fraud and security incidents.
- To send service notices, and — only if you opt in — product news. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. Service providers
We share data only with vendors that process it on our behalf under contract: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, Stripe, Inc. for payment processing, transactional email delivery, error and uptime monitoring, and an AI model provider used to generate insights and drafts. Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us. A current list is available on request from [email protected].
6. Security
- All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher.
- Data is encrypted at rest, and OAuth tokens and API credentials are stored encrypted and separately from customer content.
- Access to production systems is restricted to a small number of authorized personnel, is logged, and requires multi-factor authentication.
- Databases are backed up regularly; backups are encrypted.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and any regulator as required by law.
7. Data retention
- Account and billing records: for the life of your account, then up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires it.
- Connected-platform data (including Google user data): retained while the integration is connected, on a rolling window of up to 25 months of historical reporting data so we can show year-over-year comparisons.
- OAuth tokens: deleted immediately when you disconnect an integration or revoke access.
- After account closure: your data is deleted within 30 days, except where law requires retention. Encrypted backups age out within 90 days.
- Logs: up to 90 days.
8. Your rights and how to delete your data
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
To exercise any of them — including full deletion of your account and of all data we hold from your connected accounts — email [email protected]. We verify the request against the email on the account and complete it within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and free.
9. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and security, and privacy-respecting first-party analytics to understand product usage. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on dasow.pro.
10. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. International transfers
We operate from the United States and your data will be processed there. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change.
